SOLAR POWER

I just wanted to write & let you know how completely satisfied I am with my recent installation of solar panels. Your service was exceptional. It was very refreshing to have a trades person with a high level of professionalism. It was very obvious, right from the start, that I had made the right choice for the installation of my solar panels. You kept me informed all through the process and when it came to doing the installation you were prompt & courteous. The fact that you were so particular to make sure that all was done correctly, the first time, is something that can be lacking in tradespeople, & I thank you for that. I will definitely be recommending you & Freedom Power Group to all my family & friends.

We just received a new power bill and we are overwhelmed with the savings we are now receiving from installing a Future Wave Pool Pump energy saver.

Thanks for the follow up. ​ Yes we have the August power bill and for the applicable supply, the Bill was $552. This is about $100 cheaper than the previous Bill in April and over $200 cheaper than the August Bill last year. ​ This seems to be a good result. ​ So far, more than happy with ​ ​ installation.

Increasingly, I find that whenever I have tradesmen to do a job, I invariably am dissatisfied with the result or indeed their abrupt manner. More and more I encounter people who are only interested in taking your money and don’t really care what sort of job they leave. It was therefore a pleasant surprise when Dave and his team came to install solar panels to my house. My husband was away working and I was on my own. Dave was so patient when I was unsure of something and had to put in a phone call to my husband at work, even though it meant he was behind on another job after mine, and even though he explained everything to me when he had finished the job, he said he would be more than happy to explain it to my husband over the phone when he came home. He was also very meticulous and actually listened to my concerns as to having as little negative impact on the design of the house as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dave to anyone, which sadly is not something that I can say about a lot of tradesmen I have dealt with. Thank you Dave once again. It was a pleasure dealing with you. You deserve to do well!
